• Delivery request must be arranged in advance and subject to approval.  Delivery surcharges starts at $35.00 within a 15 mile radius.  There is a 15 minute delivery window for all scheduled times.

• Delivery does not include table décor or setting up the event space for the cake.   You must have the area prepared where the cake/treats will be sitting upon the agreed delivery time.  Itty Bitty Treats allows a 10 minute grace period for deliveries.  We may not be able to wait additional time if the venue or area is not ready.  After the 10 minute grace period additional wait time will incur additional cost of $10 for every 15 minutes should time permit for us to wait.

• Itty Bitty Treats does not use preservatives to enhance our products.  Because of this your Treats should be kept cool until served.

• Our products are sensitive to heat.  NEVER leave your Treats unattended in a hot car, direct sunlight, etc.  It is best to have your vehicle cool when traveling with your treats.

• When picking up your Treats please be easy on the BRAKES.  Your Treats can shift and fly right out of their box if you do not drive carefully. 

• Please have a space in your vehicle for your treats.  All treat boxes must lay flat to avoid your treats from sliding.

• Once you take ownership of your treats you are responsible for your treats.

• Your treats can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 7 days and 90 days in the freezer.   To freeze your treats you must wrap your individual cupcakes or slices in cling/plastic wrap.  Then place them in a zip lock bag.  Allow your Treats to return to room temperature before serving.

• Some of our toppers, decorations, candies and pearls can be hard or contain a candy coating.  These garnishes are edible.  Please be mindful of guest with small children and sensitive teeth.

• Our cake toppers and embellishments can contain food picks, lollipop sticks, dowels, etc. for support.  These items should be removed before serving.

• FOOD ALLERGY WARNING - Please be advised that food prepared here can contain or come in contact with the following ingredients such as Milk, Eggs, Wheat, Soybeans, Peanuts, Pecans, and other Nuts.

• We have highly skilled decorators.  We do our best to match any requested color or design.  We are limited to the fact that we are dealing with icing that can fade or darken due to light and temperature so we do not guarantee an exact match. 

• We make our best effort to replicate a design as close as possible but cannot guarantee it will be exactly the same.  We use other pictures for inspiration to develop our own one of a kind creation.

• We take pride in our work and want to make sure it is represented in a manor we approve.  Itty Bitty Treats has the right to enhance a design should it feel the final look is incomplete.  This could include adding accents like edible gold or silver leaf, gold boarder, flowers, macaroons, chocolate candies, etc.  These additions will not be charged to the client. 

• Itty Bitty Treats reserves the right to share and post pictures of any of its creations. 

• This website contains material which is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these terms and conditions.

• Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements.

• Unauthorized use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offense.

To protect the privacy of any personal information you may have provided, we employ reasonable security measures to prevent unauthorized access including Internet firewalls and anti-virus protection.  No data transmission over the Internet or any wireless network can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure. Your payment and personal information is secured by the security standards used by our payment agent, Squareup Inc.  Only those employees who need access to our users’ information in order to do their jobs are allowed access. Employees who violate our privacy policy are subject to disciplinary action.

• Personal Information is information that can be used to identify or contact a specific individual, such as a name, address, telephone number or email address. We may collect certain personal information from customers, business partners, employees and candidates for employment. We do not collect personal information when you visit our web sites unless you choose to provide such personal information.
